Abdu Malik lauds the success of the Emirates Forum for the Sustainability of Sports Facilities

Ibrahim Abdul Malik Mohammed, Secretary General of the General Authority for Sport praised the efforts of the Organizing Committee of the Emirates Forum for the Sustainability of Sports Facilities organized by the Authority last week under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and a wide participation of sports leaders and personalities specialized in the fields of sustainability and sports facilities from within the country And outside. Ibrahim Abdul Malik said that the success of the Forum's work, which is the first of its kind in the region and which aims to support the philosophy and term of sustainability and its relationship to sport, sports facilities and to emphasize its role in achieving sports stability, behind this success a young team of national cadres with a high level in organizing and directing the event in a way that received the admiration and appreciation of all and achieved a great success at various levels in terms of the meetings attended by high-level, and high-level speakers, and the participation of institutions and bodies through the accompanying exhibition, in addition the great media coverage. He stressed that the success achieved puts the Authority and the work team against a great challenge to provide the best in the second edition of the Forum after the adoption of its occurrence annually, to work on the implementation of recommendations and develop more points to include the sustainability of sports facilities and sport cities and look ahead in this aspect, by widening the participation through attracting world-class personalities and professionals to showcase their best practices in sustainability. For his part, Khalid Isa Al-Midfa thanked the team that oversaw the organization of the forum, headed by Ahmad Al Abdooli, Director of the Sports Facilities Office in the Authority after the positive feedback received for the Emirates Forum on the Sustainability of Sports Facilities, reflecting the success achieved and reaching the goals and objectives that will enhance the role of the General Authority for Sport to strive with other state institutions to take advantage of global standards and criterions in sustainability, for a sporty generation that enjoys a creative environment with its distinctive structure and enlightened thinking, emanating from the thought of the founder of the Good Emirates, Zayed the human especially that we are living in the year of Zayed. On his part, Ahmed Al Abdooli, Director of the Sports Facilities Office, said that the follow-up and guidance of the senior leadership in the General Authority for Sports and the cooperation of all the members of the team resulted in the success achieved in spreading the sustainable thinking of the sports establishments and enhancing the social partnership between the sectors concerned.
