Al-Rumaithi inaugurates Al Masara Rest Hall

HE Major General Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, Chairman of the General Authority for Sports (GAS), inaugurated the Al Masara Rest Hall at the Headquarters of the GAS in the presence of Said Abdul Ghaffar Hussain, Secretary General of the GAS and members of the Board of Directors and a number of employees and customers. Al Masara Rest Hall is one of the initiatives of the happiness and quality of life committee in GAS which seeks to promote aspects of environmental happiness and create the elements of psychological comfort for employees and customers in the GAS.
HE Major General Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi praised the role of the Committee and its creation of initiatives and ideas that contribute to showing of the guidance of good leadership aimed at maintaining indicators of functional happiness and quality of working life by providing the right environment and climate to strengthen them.
He said that the GAS is part of an integrated government system that operates according to the vision and aspirations of a wise leadership that made man and his happiness the secret of its success and progress. Therefore, we, at GAS, work to support the development of sports in all its administrative and technical aspects by providing an environment full of happiness and quality of life that contributes to raising efficient performance and enhanced production.
For her part, Hessa Abdullah Al Tunaiji, Chief Executive Officer of Happiness and Quality of Life in the GAS, said that Al Masara Rest Hall was initially based on choosing the name that was associated with happiness and emanating from the words of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, which was not free of pleasure and happiness in most of His speaking, it was the title of Rest Hall designed for a happy functional environment.
It is noteworthy that the Al Masara Rest Hall includes several different corners that collecting a range of amenities and happiness, such as sports, reading and relaxation in addition to the corner of coffee, creativity and other corners in harmony with the colors and decorations of the place that have been carefully selected according to studies on psychological comfort and the relationship of colors and forms of psychological and physical happiness.
