Meeting of the Chairman of the General Authority of Sport and President of the Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne

H.E. Dr. Ahmed Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Education and Chairman of the General Authority of Sport, met with H.E. Klaus Schormann, President of the Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne (UIPM), at the National Olympic Committee headquarters. The meeting was attended by H.E. Ghanim Mubarak Rashid Al Hajeri, Director-General of the General Authority of Sport, H.E. Sheikh Suhail Bin Butti Al Maktoum, Executive Director of the Sports Development Sector at the Authority, and H.E. Dr. Huda Al Matrooshi, President of the Emirates Modern Pentathlon Federation. They discussed key ways to enhance cooperation and the unions future plans to develop the Olympic sport in the UAE. They also explored opportunities for the UAE to host modern pentathlon championship, aiming to boost the UAEs sports competitiveness and status.
