About the Consultation

Community sports activities organized by the Ministry of Sports have significant positive impacts as they contribute to enhancing social sustainability by building a healthy, athletic, and cohesive community that serves the goals of Community Year 2025. We believe in the importance of measuring actual impact through collecting your opinions and suggestions to determine the extent to which these goals have been achieved, to understand your level of satisfaction, and to improve our community events during the next phase.

 

Objectives

1. To evaluate the positive impacts of sports activities on the community, facilitating measurement of social sustainability goals achievement.

2. To plan for the future by developing future sports programs that reflect the real needs and desires of the community.

3. To build a relationship of trust and better communication between the Ministry of Sports and the community through participation with their opinions and suggestions, reflecting their sense of belonging and contribution.

 

Decisions:

The public's suggestions will be studied to be relied upon and reflected in upcoming community initiatives.

Decisions Taken:

The final average rating reached 83.24%, reflecting a very good overall level of satisfaction.

And based on the suggestions and the results the below decisions were made:

  1.             Dedicating a page for sports activities on the Ministry's website and social media channels to increase awareness.
  2.             Provide programs that suit participants' needs, with a continuous evaluation system for organization and development levels.
  3.              Increase the number of different events and unify the activities schedule with relevant entities, enhance the level of organization and coordination between entities, and provide guidance before events at an appropriate time.
