Improving Customer Experience with the Ministry of Sports

About the Consultation:
The Ministry of Sports seeks to enhance communication channels with its audience of community members and relevant entities, ensuring that the communication process is easy, effective, and meets customer expectations.In a collaboration between the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Education, and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the "National Schools for Sports Talents" program has been launched. This initiative represents one of the national strategic projects aimed at developing school sports and transforming them into a sustainable pathway for discovering, nurturing, and supporting emerging sports talents in the UAE, in alignment with the country's vision in this field.
Objective:
- To gather the opinions of stakeholders on the joint efforts made by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Sports, and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council in supporting youth and school sports.
- To enable students, parents, and teachers to learn about national programs aimed at identifying and supporting sports talents from the early stages of schooling.
Decision:
We will convert the feedback into practical and actionable development recommendations. The results and suggestions will be presented to the committee supervising the program to discuss how to integrate the proposals into the future development plan of the program to ensure continuous and sustainable improvement.Objective:
The Ministry of Sports seeks to measure public satisfaction with current communication channels, identify challenges faced by customers, monitor suggestions for improving their experience, while enhancing transparency and partnership in developing provided services.
Decisions:
The Ministry of Sports will make several decisions to enhance public experience and improve the quality of services provided, including improving response speed to requests and inquiries, developing clarity and quality of information provided through all communication channels, and diversifying communication methods to meet public preferences.
Decisions Taken:
The results show that the average evaluation rate of 75.45%, a good satisfaction indicator reflecting a positive assessment of the customer experience with the Ministry of Sports, with clear opportunities to enhance service levels and elevate them to higher levels of excellence. And based on the suggestions and the results the below decisions were made:
- All received proposals will be generally referred to the relevant departments for reviewing.
- Enhance the promotion on our initiatives to ensure they reach a wider segment of society.
