Overview of the Consultation

The Second UAE Community Sports Forum reaffirms the pivotal role played by the UAE General Sports Federation in strengthening the bonds between its members and supporting national initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of physical activity as a way of life, in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports and strategic partners.

The forum brings together a distinguished group of experts, decision-makers, and practitioners in the field of community sports to discuss successful experiences, showcase best practices in the Arab and Gulf regions, and collaborate on building sustainable strategies that contribute to the development of community sports.

 

Objectives

Showcase successful Gulf and Arab experiences in the field of community sports.-

Enhance partnerships between government and private entities and the community to support community sports.-

Exchange experiences on the latest practices and policies related to community sports.-

 

Decisions

Public proposals will be studied for consideration and incorporation into future community

forums.

Decisions Taken:

The results show that the average evaluation rate of 91.30%, indicating good overall performance. And based on the suggestions and the results the below decisions were made:

1.     Organize more interactive sessions with the public, such as dedicating more sessions to direct interaction with visitors, to enhance participation and listen to their opinions effectively.

2.     Encourage local entities to participate in events and exhibitions, which increases the opportunity to receive direct feedback and helps improve the programs and services provided.

3.     Focus on improving the quality of event organization and the small details that impact the participant experience, to ensure the success of events and attract more participants in the future.

4.     Work to raise awareness and market events to reach the largest possible number of beneficiaries, which enhances community participation and allows for more feedback.
