The Sports Integrity Platform Project

Towards sport with integrity

The United Arab Emirates attaches great importance to strengthening integrity and reputation in the sports sector, in line with its strategic direction of building an ethical, transparent and sustainable sporting community. Our wise leadership believes that sport reflects the values and principles of society, and that embedding the principles of justice, integrity and transparency across all sporting activities and practices is a cornerstone for achieving comprehensive development and enhancing the nation's standing on the regional and international sporting stage.

Strengthening sporting reputation is not an individual responsibility; it is a shared effort bringing together sports institutions, administrative and technical staff, athletes, the public and society as a whole — ensuring a sporting culture grounded in values and ethics, and contributing to the UAE's vision of a competitive, honest and sustainable sporting future.

Objectives of the Sports Integrity Platform

  • Promoting and spreading a culture of sporting integrity within the sporting community
  • Encouraging athletes, coaches, referees and the public to report suspected violations in complete confidence
  • Building and strengthening the honourable reputation and image of Emirati sport, and protecting it from all forms of sporting corruption
  • Building trust between athletes, the public and sports bodies

The Reporting Channel — Eye of Sport

Reporting corruption in the sporting community.. everyone's responsibility

In the world of sport, where values are built on integrity, fair competition and respect, corruption is a blight that threatens the credibility of achievements and weakens public trust. Concealing suspicious conduct, administrative or financial irregularities, or the manipulation of match results does not affect athletes alone — it touches society as a whole.

On this basis, we believe that reporting any instance of corruption or misconduct in the sporting community is a national and ethical duty, and an essential step towards protecting justice and enhancing transparency and sporting reputation. This page has been created to enable individuals to report any suspicious behaviour confidentially and safely, and to raise awareness of the role every individual plays in creating a clean sporting environment founded on values and principles.

Together, we can safeguard the integrity of sport and ensure a safe and fair environment for all.
