Required Documents

  • A list of names of the founding members and copies of passports and IDs.
  • Articles of Association, including the official name, logo and details of the headquarters.
  • The financial sources and the Ministry to which these sources will be transferred upon club dissolution.
  • Objectives, goals and specialties, including the general assembly and board of directors.
  • An incorporating minutes of meeting.
  • Sports activities practiced by the club.
  • A written acknowledgment of commitment to regulations and decisions issued by the Ministry.

The process

  1. Submitting the request for registration to the Ministry.
  2. Verifying the request and documents details and fulfilling conditions.
  3. Replying with acceptance or refusal..
  4. Forming the board of the sports institution.
  5. Registering the sports institution.

Conditions of use

  1. Twenty five persons, including a female employee subject to the following conditions:
  2. He/ she should be a citizen not less than twenty one years old
  3. He/ she should not be subject to any sentences in a crime or a felony, unless the reasons thereof are eliminated.
  4. He/ she should have a high school certificate or the equivalent.
  5. He/ she should be fully aware of or in connection with the sport.
  6. There should be a permanent headquarters to practice the club activities.
  7. There should be an Article of Association as stipulated by the law.
  8. The approval of the local concerned authorities in the emirate is a must.
