Youth Camp

An entertaining youth camp which targets young men and women during the second semester. We seek to invest the time of young people and instill within the young participants educational values and concepts within a competitive framework.

Target:

Young people from the age of 11 to 25 years.

Timing:

The first semester holiday every year

Location of Implementation:

The youth centers of the Department of Youth and Cultural Activities of the General Authority for Youth and Sports Welfare.

Objectives:

• To invest the time of young men and women in a useful manner.
• To empower them to face difficult situations by instilling life skills and a spirit of self-dependence.
• To instill the spirit of leadership and teamwork.
• To enhance the values of volunteerism.

The conditions to be met by the participant

• They are citizens of the UAE.
• They have leadership skills.
• The approval of the parent(s) is obtained.
• They pass the first semester.
