Khalid Al Midfa, Assistant Secretary General of the General Authority for Sport, said that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is considered the leader, model and inspiration for young people. He believes in youth's positive power to change. This is manifested in the Government's strategy based on investing in the youth to the fullest and giving the chance to compete and thrive towards success and excellence and enhance their effectiveness in shaping the future map. This is reflected, in words and deeds, the vision of the state for the youth as the makers of the future.

Al-Madfa said that His Excellency interest in the youth sector stems from his belief that the renaissance of the countries and their progress is achieved by the renaissance of youth. The future of nations is associated with the young man who is at the peak of his energy, which must be exploited in the interest of the homeland and the citizen.

The Assistant Secretary-General pointed out that young people represent a large segment of the society, and therefore require everyone to provide all the requirements of success that make our youth able to take responsibility, the youth of the UAE has all the elements, qualifications, loyalty and belonging to his homeland, which makes them a distinguished generation, able to give and serve their homeland And leadership, as the leadership of the UAE has long believed in the capabilities of young people and the real bet for the future, it felt the importance of their participation in the development of foundation blocks for the prosperity and progress of the State.
