The UAE Youth Creativity Festival is an exciting, unique experience that grants creative and talented youth a chance to present their talents and innovations, and exchange their experiences in the following fields: arts, inventions, design, technology, cultural performance, and engineering. The Festival opens its doors to all residents in the UAE and individuals, groups, schools, colleges, and institutions, in order to give them the opportunity to participate in the events of the Festival, as they wish.

Target:

Innovative and talented youth from the age of 11 to 25.

Place of Implementation:

First Phase: 2009 in Festival Center Dubai
Second Phase:2010 in Festival Center Dubai

Objectives:

To enhance confidence in the ability of UAE youth.
To support and highlight youth talent locally and internationally.
To invest and support creative youth energies by presenting their creative works to the community in a creative manner that achieves the widest coverage in the community.
To give young people the opportunity to communicate with all mass media in order to present their abilities and potential.
To develop an official umbrella that gathers the innovated and talented under one ceiling to showcase their talents and creativity, and spread the culture of rejuvenation and innovation nationwide.

The Festival Competition Segments:

Arts: showing the products of sculpture, shooting, drawing, etc.
Inventions: presenting exceptional talents and innovative ideas in all fields of technology.
Design: presenting innovative technical, technological, or engineering designs such as the design of trains, airplanes, cars, etc.
Plays: presenting all arts such as dancing, singing, plays, silent acting, etc.
