The Authority's Eastern Region Office celebrates the World Day of Happiness

The Office of the General Authority for Sport in the Eastern Province at its headquarters in Zayed Sports Complex in Fujairah held yesterday a wonderful celebration on the occasion of International Happiness Day attended by Abdul Aziz Ahmed Buhindi, Director of the Authority's office in Fujairah and the Eastern Region, and Mohammed Nasser Amer, manager of customers happiness center in addition to a number of symbols of sport movement and community activities, where clients were received in the internal arena of the building to respond to their inquiries and complete their paper work and their transactions in an atmosphere full of national pride and belonging to a state making its way high among nations.

Buhindi stressed that the celebration of this day comes and the UAE is taking the Arab top position in the list of global happiness for the last three years thanks to the efforts and follow-up of the wise leadership, especially His Highness the President of the State, by promoting and instilling the concept of happiness and positivity in compliance with Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's statement. The cooperation between people despite the differences of religions and faiths is the basis of happiness. He pointed out that the goal of event is to introduce the concept of happiness and instill positive attitude and feeling among all members of society citizens and residents alike.

For his part, Mohammed Nasser said that the celebration coincides with this year's initiative "Zayed Al Khair Year" since giving and doing good is a key to happiness and achieving many accomplishments in all fields. He added that the UAE government and leadership provided the most important elements of happiness to all who live on this country through providing a decent life for all without exception.
