About the Consultation:

The Ministry of Sports seeks to enhance communication channels with its audience of community members and relevant entities, ensuring that the communication process is easy, effective, and meets customer expectations.

 

Objective:

The Ministry of Sports seeks to measure public satisfaction with current communication channels, identify challenges faced by customers, monitor suggestions for improving their experience, while enhancing transparency and partnership in developing provided services.

 

Decisions:

The Ministry of Sports will make several decisions to enhance public experience and improve the quality of services provided, including improving response speed to requests and inquiries, developing clarity and quality of information provided through all communication channels, and diversifying communication methods to meet public preferences.

Decisions Taken:

The results show that the average evaluation rate of 75.45%, a good satisfaction indicator reflecting a positive assessment of the customer experience with the Ministry of Sports, with clear opportunities to enhance service levels and elevate them to higher levels of excellence. And based on the suggestions and the results the below decisions were made:

  1. All received proposals will be generally referred to the relevant departments for reviewing.
  2. Enhance the promotion on our initiatives to ensure they reach a wider segment of society.
