Hazza Bin Zayed: The Talent Support Fund is an opportunity to contribute to social change

HH Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, stressed that sport is a cornerstone of society and the promotion of youth in all sectors and a national duty of all segments of society. Pointing out that the initiative to establish the Emirates Talent Support Fund (ETSF) gives all companies and individuals a chance to participate in the government continuous efforts to create a quality leap in the sport sector.

Sheikh Hazza expressed his hope for a wide participation in this distinguished sports community initiative, praising the support shown by a number of institutions and individuals so far. He stressed that the efforts of His Excellency General Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, Chairman of the General Authority for Sport, aimed at strengthening and consolidating the present and future of sports in the country is gaining all the support and will have all the positive impact, especially with the launch of meaningful and far-reaching initiatives such as the initiative to support the talented.

His Excellency Major General Al-Rumaithi recently revealed the affirmation of more than 30 government and private institutions and entities and their willingness to contribute to the sponsorship of the Fund to support sports talents, that was a few days after the announcement of the new project to promote sport and attention to heroes able to honor the state in international sporting forums amid expectations of the number rising in the coming days and the demand of more economic institutions and private companies to contribute to the success of this important sports initiative.
