Forming a committee to investigate the doping incident of a female athlete in Athletics

Yousif Yaqoub al-Sarkal, Chairman of the General Authority for Sports, issued a decision to form a committee to investigate the doping incident of athletics player Elham Betty to look into the incident and call all the parties to hear their statements and to report on the results of the investigation before making the necessary decisions.

Abdul Mohsen Fahd Al Dosari, Assistant Secretary General for Sport Affairs, chairs the committee, which includes Dr. Ahmed Al Hashemi, Chairman of the National Committee for Doping, Khalid Abdullah Al Husain, Director of Sport Affairs, representative of the National Olympic Committee and Bader Al Hammadi, head of the legal office a member and a rapporteur.
