Abdul Malik discusses means of strengthening sport cooperation with the Vice President of Seychelles

During his meeting with Vincent Merton, Vice President of the Republic of Seychelles and his accompanying delegation, Ibrahim Abdul Malik Mohammed, Secretary General of the General Authority for Sport, with Khalid Isa Al-Midfa, Assistant Secretary General and Khalid Abdullah Al Hussein, Director of Sports Affairs, in the Authority. The parties discussed the relationship between both countries in the field of sport and the ways and means to develop them. The two sides also discussed a number of issues aimed at activating the role of sports in the two countries through hosting international events and setting up a mechanism for signing a memorandum of cooperation to exchange experiences and advanced sports experiences, in addition to the possibilities available to serve the sport sector in both countries. Abdul Malik stressed that UAE is keen to develop friendly relations, love and peace between all sisterly and friendly countries, which translates the orientations and aspirations aimed at developing effective plans and programs benefiting from the capabilities and competencies that the two countries possess in various fields, sport being one of them, as sport is considered a bridge that brings peoples together and build bridges of communication between them.
